- Switzerland: Flat rate of CHF 10.00. Free shipping on orders over CHF 100.00.
- Europe: Flat rate of CHF 20.00. Free shipping on orders over CHF 250.00.
- Rest of the World: Flat rate of CHF 50.00. Free shipping on orders over CHF 500.00.

Return & Refund Policy

- No Returns / Final Sale: Due to the custom, hand-etched nature of these products and for hygiene reasons (skincare), we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
- Damaged Items: If your unique bottle arrives damaged during transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with a photo of the damage, so I can find a solution for you.
- Cancellations: Once the engraving process has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
